From MyceliuMatters SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT Jonathan, deeply passionate about botany and horticulture since childhood, found his true calling in mycology during college. Graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts & Nutritional Health Science, his fascination with mushrooms grew. Furthering his education, he earned a degree in Horticulture Science. Driven by a belief in the transformative potential of plants and fungi, Jonathan's mission is to share their importance. Through education and experience, he aims to spread awareness about their invaluable contributions to humanity and the planet.
